1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. gran. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. Wesson oil
2 c. flour
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix all ingredients together. Form dough in rolls. Chill in freezer several hours. Slice to bake. Bake at 325 degrees on greased cookie sheet for 10 to 15 minutes (12 minutes), or until slightly brown around edges. Cool completely on cookie sheet.
