VIENNA STEAKS 
1/2 lb. ground veal
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg
1 pinch grated nutmeg
Drops onion juice
1/2 c. sour cream

Beat egg well. Mix with other ingredients except sour cream. Shape into cakes and cook like hamburgers.
