FESTIVE AND DELICIOUS SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cherry Jello
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of cloves
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 c. oranges, diced
1 c. apple with skin on, diced
1/2 celery, chopped
1/4 c. pecans, chopped

Dissolve Jello and salt in boiling water. Add spice and cranberry sauce. Chill until thickend. Fold in fruit, celery and nuts. Pour into 6 cup mold or bowl. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Serves 10 to 12.
