OLD FASHIONED EGG CUSTARD 
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
4 eggs
2 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Melt butter. Add sugar and flour. Mix well. Add eggs and beat. Then add milk and flavoring and mix well. Pour into a Pyrex pie plate and cook at 350°F until brown, about 35 minutes. Let cool and cut into wedges.
