ONE SKILLET MARINATED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. Italian dressing
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
2 1/4 c. water
1 pkg. rice sauce
1/4 c. white cooking wine
1 (4 oz.) can pimentos
1/2 tsp. basil

Combine dressing, wine and marinate chicken at least 2 hours. Remove chicken. Save sauce. Use 1/4 cup to baste chicken until done. Remove and keep warm. Add water, rice, and sauce. Mix in electric skillet. Bring to boil, then simmer until rice is done.

Serves 4.
