BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lb. lean beef, cubed in 1 inch squares
1/4 lb. butter
1 onion, diced
1 c. mushrooms
Dash Tabasco
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 bell pepper
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 c. sour cream
1 c. heavy cream
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. flour
Beef consomme
Water

Saute beef cubes in butter until brown. Add onions, mushrooms, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, garlic and garlic salt. When above ingredients begin to soften, add sour cream, heavy cream and wine vinegar and flour. Simmer covered for 1 hour or until meat is tender. Serves 4 people.
