HAMBURGS WITH THE EGGS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 eggs
4 tbsp. cracker meal bread crumbs
Oil for frying

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into balls. Place in hot oil in frying pan. Flatten with fork and fry until golden brown. Flip over and fry other side.

Drain on paper towel. Use some of grease drippings on peeled boiled potatoes, tossing well, and serve with cole slaw for a nice easy family dinner.
