CREAMED SPINACH 
1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
1/2 c. salted water
1 sm. onion
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk

Cook (thaw) spinach in water until broken and soft. In different pan, simmer chopped onion in butter until onion is clear. Add flour and milk - continuously stirring and add to spinach.
