CHOW MEIN 
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 c. celery
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. water
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 stick butter
Rice
Chinese noodles

Melt butter in large frying pan. Add onions and meat or chicken or shrimp. Cook for 5 minutes, add 1 cup of water, celery, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes with cover on. Add bean sprouts and heat. Mix in a bowl: Cornstarch, little water 1/3 cup, soy sauce and sugar. Throw in frying pan until thick. Add over Chinese noodles or rice.
