SKILLET CHICKEN AND PORK 
3/4 lb. boneless pork, cubed
1 chicken breast, cubed
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 med. tomato, diced
3/4 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 1/2 c. cooked rice

Shake cubed pork and chicken in bag with cornstarch. Melt butter in large skillet. Brown meat on all sides in skillet. Add onion and cook over medium heat 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except rice. Cover and simmer 25-35 minutes. Serve over rice. 4 servings.
