1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box powdered sugar

Melt butter. Add egg and cake mix. Put in bottom of 9 x 12 inch pan. Mix with mixer cream cheese, softened, 2 eggs and 1 box powdered sugar. Pour over cake mix and sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Can also use chocolate or lemon cake mix.
