CHEESE AND CHICKEN SOUP 
1 cooked chicken, deboned
1 sm. bag carrots, sliced
1 sm. onion, chopped
6 ribs celery, cut up
Broccoli (desired amount)
8 med. potatoes, diced
1 sm. can tomatoes, stewed
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. cheese

Cook vegetables until tender. Add chicken pieces and cut cheese; melting the cheese very slowly.
