ORANGE - BUTTERSCOTCH WALNUT CLUSTERS | |
3 - 4 oz. pkg. butterscotch pudding (not instant) 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind 1 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 c. walnut halves Blend sugar with pudding mix in 2 quart sauce pan. Stir in evaporated milk and orange rind. Add butter. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Lower heat and boil gently for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in walnuts. Beat until candy thickens. Drop from teaspoon onto foil or into paper candy cups. Let cool until set. Makes about 32 clusters. |
