BLACKBERRY JELLY | |
1 c. water 3 c. fresh blackberries 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. blackberry juice Cook and strain water and fresh blackberries. Combine sugar and blackberry juice. Bring to a full rolling boil, using medium heat. Then boil 5 minutes longer. Remove from heat; skim off any foam. Pour jelly immediately into hot container. To seal container. Cover with 1/8 inch of hot paraffin. |
