2 pkg. smoked sausage
1 lg. bottle Louisiana hot sauce
3 cans your favorite beer

Slice sausage into thin pieces in large saucepan. Mix together all ingredients. Bring to boil about 1 1/2 hours. Turn to low heat and let simmer until time to serve.

HINT: The longer they simmer, the better they taste.
