4 frozen waffles
1 pt. strawberries (halved)
2 tbsp. confectioners sugar
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 c. Cool Whip topping
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind

Toast waffles, combine strawberries, sugar, orange juice, and orange rinds. Stir until sugar dissolves then spoon over waffles and top with Cool Whip. Serves four.
