CORN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. milk
3/4 c. raisins
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. crushed corn bran, fine
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt

Add combined milk, raisins, oil, sugar and egg to combined dry ingredients, mix until moistened. Fills 12 muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake in hot oven (400 degrees) for 20 minutes.
