BROCCOLI-SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli (thawed)
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos (chopped)
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 c. grated sharp cheese

Mix together and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
