BUTTERMILK PANCAKES - WAFFLES 
FULL RECIPE:

3 eggs, separated
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

HALF RECIPE:

2 eggs, separated
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Beat egg whites in small bowl until stiff. In large bowl beat egg yolks and add to them 2 teaspoons sugar, 2 teaspoons salad oil, and mix well.

On slow speed beat in 3 cups buttermilk and blend flour mixture well. Whip in egg whites.
