CHICKEN TORTILLA CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breast halves (or 1 whole chicken)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 grated onion
8 corn tortillas (cut in bite sized pieces)
1 sm. can diced green chilis
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. ground cumin seed

Steam chicken, skin and cut into bite sized pieces. Combine all other ingredients, except cheese and mix with chicken.
