1 stick butter, soft
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine above ingredients and press into a 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely.

Cream together 1 cup confectionery sugar and 8 ounces cream cheese. Fold in small container of Cool Whip. Pour over crust.

Beat 2 packages of instant pudding (any flavor) and 3 cups milk until thick. Spread over other layers. Top with Cool Whip and chopped nuts. Refrigerate overnight.
