SIZZLING SAUSAGE STIR-FRY 
1 pkg. Hillshire smoked sausage or kielbasa, sliced into bite-size pieces
3 tbsp. oil
3 1/4 c. fresh or frozen chopped vegetables
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. raw rice
Salt, pepper, garlic, or oregano

Vegetables like broccoli, carrots, onion, mushrooms.

Cook rice and keep warm. Saute vegetables in oil until crisp and tender. Add sausage and season to taste. Heat thoroughly. Mix in 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and serve immediately over warm rice, sprinkling with remaining Parmesan cheese.

Total preparation and cooking time 15-20 minutes. Serves 6.
