APRICOT DELIGHT SALAD | |
6 oz. pkg. apricot Jello 2 c. hot water 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice) Miniature marshmallows 2 cans apricot halves, drained (save juice) 2 c. apricot and pineapple juice, mixed 6 tbsp. flour 4 tbsp. butter 1 c. sugar 2 eggs Mix Jello and hot water. Add pineapple and apricots and pour into 9x13 inch dish. Top with 2 cups miniature marshmallows and chill until jelled. |
