JUANITA'S CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. oil
3 c. noodles, dry
1 can cream corn
1 sm. can olives
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. oregano or Italian spices
2 c. tomato juice
1 sm. can mushrooms

Brown ground beef. Drain. Saute garlic and onion in oil. Spread into a 10 x 14 inch pan. Add dry noodles. Mix together corn, olives, pepper, salts, Worcestershire sauce, spices, tomato juice and mushrooms. Pour over dry noodles. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until noodles are tender. Or simmer in sauce pan on top of stove for 30 minutes.
