EGG CUSTARD (NO CRUST) 
3 eggs
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter

Turn oven on 400 degrees. Put butter in 9 inch pie plate and place in oven to melt. Blend rest of ingredients in blender. Add melted butter to this mixture and blend again. Set pie plate on oven rack. Pour mixture into pie plate and bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
