EASY MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
2-2 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 env. onion soup mix
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet

1. Mix beef and crumbs; set aside.

2. Measure milk in large measuring cup, add remaining ingredients; mix well.

3. Add to meat mixture. Stir well.

4. Shape into balls using a heaping teaspoon of mixture.

5. Microwave 6-8 minutes, about 20 at a time on a microwave safe plate, one layer at a time. Turn over after about 4-6 minutes, microwave about 2 minutes longer.

6. Simmer in favorite sauce (Ragu or whatever you like or are good plain). Yields: 40-50 meatballs.

Times dependant on size of microwave (500 W).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
