EASY STROGANOFF 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground round, rolled into sm. meatballs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. paprika

Saute onion in butter. Add meatballs and brown. Stir in soup, water, sour cream and paprika. Cover and cook over low heat about 45 minutes. Before serving, remove some of the grease. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
