QUICK & EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 water
1/4 tsp. paprika
Cooked noodles

Slice meat into very thin slices (slightly frozen makes easier slicing). In a large skillet cook onion in butter until tender, add meat. Cook until color changes. Add remaining ingredients except noodles. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Serve over noodles.
