CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3 c. milk
1 c. powdered sugar
2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
cool whip

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix flour and butter. Press into 9 x 13 baking dish.

Bake until golden brown. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth (set aside). Beat milk and pudding mix. When it starts to thicken add other mixture. Pour over crust. Cover with cool whip.
