Filling: 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened 2 cups powdered sugar 2 cups Cool Whip Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip together with mixer to get most of lumps out. Spread on crust. Topping: 1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding 3 cups milk (mixed with puddings) 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip Pecans Mix puddings with 3 cups of milk. Beat until thick. Spread over cream cheese filling. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with pecans. Crust: Melt butter and mix with flour, sugar and pecans. Press in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool |
