1 stick butter, melted
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (4 oz.) instant chocolate pudding

Mix together the melted butter with the graham cracker crumbs. Spread evenly in a glass dish, 13 x 9 inches. Blend together cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and Cool Whip. Spread mixture on the cracker mixture. Mix according to package directions the instant chocolate pudding and pour on top of cream cheese mixture. Spoon remaining Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Keep chilled.
