MEATLOAF CUPCAKES 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork sausage, mild
3 slices rye bread softened with 1 c. milk, less 2 tbsp.
1 egg beaten
1/4 c. minced onion
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dill seeds

Mix ingredients well. Spray large cupcake pans with Pam. Fill almost to top with meat mixture. Ice with ketchup. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 325 degrees or shape into loaf and place in shallow baking pan. Spread with ketchup. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.

Note: 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef may be substituted for combination of beef and pork sausage.
