BAKED OYSTERS 
1 pt. oysters
1 c. grated bread crumbs
1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter
1 c. oyster liqueur
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Grease baking dish with butter. Melt butter. Put about 1/4 cup of bread crumbs in bottom of baking dish. Add melted butter to balance of crackers and bread crumbs. Also the salt and pepper. Layer oysters and crumb mixture in baking dish. Pour the oyster liqueur over. Bake in 400 degree oven 25 to 30 minutes, uncovered.
