BAKED POTATO SALAD | |
8 potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed Dash salt and pepper 1 lb. crisp fried bacon 1/4 c. sliced olives Mix together the above (except bacon and olives). Put in greased 9 x 13 pan. Crumble bacon over top of mixture. Add olives on top. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
