EGG NOG 
6 eggs, separate white from yolks
12 tbsp. sugar
15 tbsp. French brandy
15 tbsp. Jamaica rum

Beat yolks light and mix in sugar gradually and thoroughly. Slowly add brandy and rum, then slowly add 1 quart of cream into which a half pint of heavy whipped cream has been added. Beat egg whites until stiff and add to the above.
