CHEESY CHOWDER 
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. chopped potatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. milk

Dissolve bouillon cube in water. Add potatoes, vegetables and onion. Simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat until cheese spread is melted and all is hot.

Yields 6 (1 cup) servings.
