CORN AND GREEN ONION SALAD 
2 cans corn (whole kernel)
6 green onions, sliced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. heavy cream
1 pimento, cut in strips
Watercress

Drain corn. In bowl, toss with next 5 ingredients. Put pimento and watercress on top. 6 servings.
