1 c. salad oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves

Mix, add 3 cups diced apples and 1 cup pecans. Bake in tube pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Place in a paper bag and let steam cool.
