BEEF AND BEAN BARBEQUE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can pork & beans
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (5 count) can biscuits, cut in half
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown beef and onions; drain. Add salt, pork & beans, barbecue sauce and stir until blended. Heat until bubbly. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish. Place biscuits with cut side down over top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes, (until biscuits are golden brown.) Refrigerate any leftovers.
