CREAM CHEESE TURNOVERS 
1 lg. cream cheese
2 sticks butter
3 c. flour
1 jar raspberry preserves
Confectioners' sugar

Mix cream cheese and butter. Add flour by cupfuls. Roll into ping pong sized balls. Refrigerate covered for at least one hour. Roll out in confectioners' sugar, add preserves and fold over as a turnover. Bake at 350-375 degrees. Check after 10 minutes (usually takes 12-15 minutes). Done when brown on edges with a tinge of brown on top. A Roy family favorite!
