SUPER VENISON STEAK 
1 lb. ground venison
1/4 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1/2 soup can water
1 egg
Cracker crumbs or bread crumbs

Season ground meat as you wish even include chopped onions. Add egg and milk. Form into 4-6 patties, dip in crumbs. Brown patties in shortening over medium heat. Remove and clean pan. Combine soup and water; pour over venison patties in skillet. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Note: Any ground meat can be used in place of venison.
