BISQUICK BANANA BREAD 
Reduced Fat Bisquick may be used in this recipe.

1/3 cup oil
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (3 lg.)
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/3 cups Bisquick
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water

Mix all ingredients together in one bow and beat for one minute. Pour into a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan, which has been greased or prepared with non-stick cooking spray.

Bake at 350°F for 55 to 60 minutes, or longer. Take a toothpick test to see if the bread is done.
