45 red or purple clover blossoms
45 white clover blossoms
25 wild rose petals
10 c. sugar
2 c. water
1 tsp. alum

Wash blossoms in colander under faucet. Put all ingredients in pan and stir until sugar is diluted. Bring to a boil and boil for ONLY 3 MINUTES. Gently pick out petals and blossoms. Strain into jars and seal.
