WATERGATE CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 box pistachio instant pudding 1 c. vegetable oil 1 c. club soda or 7-Up 3 eggs 1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix all ingredients well 4 to 5 minutes except soda or 7-Up. Add soda last and bake for 45 minutes (sheet cake) or layers (25 minutes) at 350 degrees. ICING: 1/4 c. cold milk (optional) 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding 1 lg. Cool Whip Mix crushed pineapple and pudding together. Fold in milk, then Cool Whip. Spread on cooled cake. Top with nuts and cherries. Refrigerate. |
