BUTTER PECAN ICE CREAM | |
1 c. pecan 1 c. brown sugar 1/3 stick butter 1 can sweetened condensed milk 3 tsp. vanilla flavoring 1 c. sugar milk 1 tsp. maple flavoring Heat pecans, brown sugar and butter in sauce pan until brown and crunchy. Put aside to cool. Mix sweetened condensed milk, vanilla flavoring, maple flavoring, sugar and enough milk to finish filling freezer. Cool in refrigerator until ready to freeze. Add pecan mixture just before freezing. |
