MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
10 oz. ground beef or ground turkey
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans
1 pkg. taco mix
2 c. tomato sauce
9 sm. flour tortillas
6 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown meat and onions. Add water, pinto beans and taco mix. Bring to boil, turn heat down and simmer. Dip 6 tortillas into tomato sauce and then line 9x13 inch pan with the tortillas. Pour ground meat mixture over the tortillas. Top with the last 3 tortillas. Top with remaining tomato sauce and Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
