PINEAPPLE CHEESE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. evaporated milk
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. nuts, chopped

Dissolve Jello in water. Add cream cheese. Use an electric beater to mix softened cream cheese and Jello together. Add other ingredients. Pour into square or round pan. Chill until firm. 8 servings.
