EASY TACO DINNER 
1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 c. water
1 (12 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 can sliced olives, drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack Cheese
2/3 c. sour cream

Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet until meat is light brown. Drain.

Stir in seasoning mix and water. Heat to boil and reduce heat. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. Spoon meat mixture onto chips. top with remaining ingredients.
