CLAM LINGUINE 
16 oz. linguine noodles
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams, drained
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (preferably fresh)

Cook and drain linguine according to package directions. Saute garlic in butter. Add clams and spices. Cook over low heat 5 minutes, stirring. Add pasta and toss. Sprinkle with parsley and cheese. Makes 6-8 servings.
