GREEN PEPPER RELISH | |
4 (16 oz. each) cans tomato sauce 5 c. vegetable oil 3 tbsp. salt or to taste 36 green peppers, cut in 1/4 inch strips 12 onions, sliced Mix tomato sauce in large roasting pan. Add green peppers, onions and salt; mix well. Bake at 275 degrees for 2 hours., stirring occasionally. Can be airtight jars or freeze. |
